Have you check the appropriate fuses? There is most likely more than one fuse box.

Even though all your other electrical bits are working it could be that your battery doesn't have enough juice to crank the engine. It doesn't take much power to run the radio, lights, etc, but cranking the engine requires the battery to have a very strong charge. If your battery is more than 5 years old, that's very likely the issue. I'd start there. Also, be sure to check the battery terminals and ground for corrosion and clean if necessary. If replacing the battery doesn't solve the problem it could be the starter solenoid or a loose electrical connection somewhere.

Blower, wipers, radio and power windows not on when car is started

You have a IPM (integrated power module) but this is in the engine fuse junction box,It is obvious you have a bad connection,For the radio, wiper and window, it needs a ground, Has someone replace the transmission?look along the transmission see if all the ground connection are there,You are not dealing with a B+ problem but a ground issue

All of these circuits are controlled by the key switch. If the fuses for these circuits are good but have no voltage, I would check the key switch next.

It sounds to me like you are loosing an earth connection at a common junction point. A second option would be to check the fuse in the engine bay and/or under the dash.

I hope you fix your electrical problem.

did the battery check to be good? are the connections on the battery tight and clean? if so you may be getting a bad body control module , it controls power and ground to the systems you are having problems with.also check the ignition switch to see if you are getting power out of it to power the vehicle up.

Windows, windsheid wipers and radio will not work

There should be a fuse box under the dash on passenger side. There are fuses to these and this is probably the issue. It may also be a wiring issue inside the fuse box.

Power failure

Have a look in power distribution box under hood, usually near battery, for bad fuse. Check all connections in the area, for clean & good. Not 100% sure if/where fusible links are, but they should be in that area as well.
