Question about 2001 Lincoln LS V8
I already get a new MAF sensor, new oxygen sensor 1 bank 2 and and still getting those codes sometimes the car just turn off when put R or D, also sometimes the just leave a 1 white smoke cloud what shoudl i do?

O171 MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor) Just try cleaning this part it usually solves that problem without having to buy new part.
0174 Both are mass air flow sensors. The other problem can be a vacuum leak Check PCV valave and all vacuum lines. Also make sure fuel filter and fuel pump are working correctly. You can clean the MAF with some brake cleaner make sure it is dry before you install it back

it could but most likely not check for a vacuum leak check the hoses to the throttlebody the rubber fittings have a tendancy to get soft and collapse

oxygen sensors are telling you that the mixture is too poor on ur sistem need to check its behaviour and see whats causing that lean mixture

your car is probably running rough
its sucking air from the intake mininfold
is your intake maninfold plastic? but your veicle is defenetly having a vaccum problem
