I forgot to mention the build on my customers car has taken over 3 months. It is an extensive build. All new sensors and includes the IACV and the air regulator too. TPS is set to .44 volts and CAS is set perfectly at 15* BTDC.

It's been about 4 1/2 months on this guys car working 16 hours + per day 6 days a week needless to say I am a bit burned out on this guys car and need another pair of eyes and thoughts. Maybe I am missing something small.

Yes. I have plenty of fuel pressure. We have an AeroTechnics AFPR. Base setting is 43.5psi with vacuum off. This is the setting done for these cars. Improper fuel pressure results with a completely different problem.

I'm affraid it's the turbo that is faulty, and it's not a cheap job. the turbo has a oil pipe going to the turbo to lubricate the turbo bearing . When the bearing wears out the oil enters the engine and burns causing to smoke. Good luck

2009 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel Whistling coming from the Turbo

Turbos are noisy if they are working. If you have the 2009 6.4L they (twin turbo) should be pretty quiet unless you have aftermarket items installed. If no aftermarket mods have been done have the coupling joint between the turbos and the outlet gasket checked by your dealer.
If it a 2007 as the heading says the original air filter and exhaust muffle a lot of the turbo whine but not all.

Timing diagram

You have Nissan's VG30DE engine in your car. If you go to www.ttzd.com (Twin Turbo Z's of Dallas), you'll find Tech articles for the 300ZX (the non-turbo version is the same engine that you have). One of the articles is the full timing belt service job. I believe it was done on a twin turbo, but for purposes of the timing system, the turbo and non-turbo are the same. It'll give you all the info, pictures, tool lists, and step by step instructions that you could want or need.

Turbo

if the performance is the same but no kick when the revs start to rise, it could be the internals of the turbo are worn out, have you had abnormal whistling from the turbo which indicate worn bearings, turbo's last around 100,000 miles before having to be rebuilt, the turbine wears out eventualy as well as the bearings
