A bit more information would help, so if you can explain the problem in detail it would be good.

How to change cool'nt in a VE commodore holden

to change the coolant in any engine you need to firstly remove the bottom radiator hose when the engine is cold not when the engine is hot and drain the whole system.
You then need to get some coolant from your local supplier and it will tell you on the container the proper ratio of water to cool it. Once you have put to cool it in top up the system with clean water.Regards

I recently bought a 99 chevrolet cavalier LS 2.2 from the time i drove it home it started heating up,so i replaced the thermostat filled it with anti freeze and it still guage read 195 degrees and fan...

If there isn't actually any coolant dripping out of the engine, or rad, or hoses when it is sitting, either running or not, you most likely have a blown head gasket. The easiest way to check is, when it is cool, remove the radiator cap, and start the engine. If bubbles are constantly rising to the top of the rrad, your head gasket is gone, and i can almost guarantee you that is the problem. Sorry.

Had to change water pump on my 2006 kia sorento timing belt had to come off tried to set timing first would crank but not start tried to set again and now crank won't turn what happened and how to fix...

if the valve timing is too far out the problem may be that one of the valves is open when it should'nt be & the piston is hitting it, if you try to keep starting the engine you may cause serious damage to it (if you have'nt already done so),it may be best to get a qualified mechanic to set the timing for you.....hope this helps.....cheers
