If the vibration increases as you accelerate and change through the gears you could possibly have a universal joint on half shaft that is worn beyond its limits. If it only vibrates as a the motor increases the rpms it could be that your harmonic balancer this damaged all worn out. There is another possibility and that is that you have a damaged tyre that goes out of balance very quickly.

sound like the u-joints in the driveshaft. Lay under the truck and where the u-joints are try moving the driveshaft up and down. If it moves then the u-joints are bed. This will cause a tremendous vibration under a load and the faster it spins it will smooth out.

SOURCE: 2003 dodge neon motor mounts are causing vibration at accelerated

there is a motor mount that attaches frum the passenger side wheel to the tming cover. this is the mount that usually goes bad. you have to remove the wheel to see the torx bolt at the wheel well. than there are bolts on the other side of the wheel well. after you get those the ones at the motor have to be removed. you will have to place a jack under the oil pan use a piece of wood with the jack. you also have to take the top mount of first. thats pretty easy to replace.

Loud Vibration / Sound Under Acceleration And Starting Engine.

Get the engine mounts checked. A bad mount may allow part of the engine to lie on a body or frame part, allowing engine vibrations to become very loud. Torquing of the engine (under load) can cause the same type problems.
