Question about Cars & Trucks
Hi Dz, Don't panic, the warning you see is an automated service period reminder. The light will be extinguished when you visit a dealer or workshop with the scanning equipment which communicates with your vehicle, and like the fault code warnings will be extinguished with that equipment. Just as a matter of interest, deleting the fault code warnings do not repair defective units. If that is what you're doing, you may find that the vehicle fails the examination. have a diagnostic scan carried out before attending the government examination, just to be on the safe side.
