SOURCE: Moisture in headlight assembly, 2004 toyota seinna

Once the factory seal is leaking moisture, it can be hard to dry and reseal. You can try a hir dryer, and then look for a seam to lay silicone on, but the recommended fix is to replace the whole headlight assembly. The lens is not removable like on older lamps. The pieces are molded, and then epoxied together. Hard to split apart and get back together without damaging. Try a salvage yard.

Take it to a shop that has aiming service. There is a complicated device that attaches to the headlight and it will tell the technician which way to move the headlight for proper aim. You can't guess how to do it.

The computer that tells the code on Toyota seinna came up with code P1135 which is Manufacturer Controlled Fuel And Air Metering. what does this mean?

this means that this setting is set at the factory and cannot be adjusted in any way. This problem is going to have to be handled by a factory approved Toyota repair shop or a dealer.

How do I adjust the headlights on a toyota sienna van 2005? Thanks

If your talking about the vertical alignment, there are setting screws on the back of the headlight assy. It looks like a 1/4" head bolt with a straight slot in in it and a 3/4" wide black or grey large serrated plastic washer under the head of the bolt.
Thanks,
Lee

All that advice seems correct. You only want to remove all the parts one time to get to the belt. So replace all the other things common to failure so you don,t have to redo the process
