Question about Chrysler Concorde

I was leavng my house and i opend the door with mi key instead o the remote car alarm went off but the remote is dead is thar another way i coud shut it off

Here's some things to try:

1) start car with key, then turn off, it may reset the alarm.
2) replace battery in remote
3) place remote in freezer for 30 min or so , it may refresh the battery enough to work for a little while.

If the antitheft system is armed and isn't recognizing the key for starting, the dealer should be the next place it should be towed for reprogramming the key to the computer.

Did you check the alternator? if it is faulty the car will drain all the power from the battery until it goes flat

Car alarm went off while unlocking the door, now


you need to reset alarm/immobiliser.lock car with remote, hold button down for 30 secs,then press/hold down unlock button,should reset.another way is with key in ignition/turned on, press alarm button down and hold for 30 secs.this resets immobiliser.toyota
systems vary..depending on market.

I have a 02 silverodo battery went dead i charged battery reinstalled it it starts but dies and with the key out of the ignition security light stays on


you need to disarm the alarm. unplugging batt. or dead battery being jumped sets of the alarm not all alarms make noise
use remote to lockand then unlock doors need to be closed
or lock then unlock door with key if it dont reset then try passenger door

I had my car window opened. I locked the door using my remote and went into my house for about 10 minutes. I came back out and unlocked the car door through the opened window. THe alarm went off. I stopped...


now you know what sets off the nissan alarm.lock the car,with the key, hold key over for 30secs then unlock with remote.should reset system....you unlocked the car manually so you need to lock the car manually....
