all fuses have a circuit to protect which one is for you to determine using the manual normally its a 12 volt feed to whatever symbol or identification is.a great way to troubleshoot is using a multimeter one lead of fuse holder is hot when you turn ignition on leave fuse off place one lead to the feed side(other fuse lead not the 12 volt)place meter on continuity where it will beep when connection has been made.other test lead to ground or chassis.if it beeps you have a short to ground.again it will be nice to know which fuse is blowing.i can help you.process of elimination is not the key to repair it becomes costly
