Question about 2004 Chrysler Concorde
Sounds like a leaking header core. In order to replace the entire dash will need to be removed. The a/c system will then need to be evacuated. You will then be able to remove the entire HVAC unit from the car and replace the heater core. This is a huge job! Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them.
