Question about Cars & Trucks
Does the fuel pump run? Does the engine crank over with the starter every time? (whether it starts or not) Do you have any fault codes showing on a scan of the system at the diagnostic connector? Check all this and get back to me. You could have a defective fuel pump relay under the hood in the relay center.

under the hood on the passenger side you will see the blower motor..there are 3 screws that hold it in place and a plug you pull those set the new one in and you should be good to go

Don't have access to actual pressure required at this moment but I will tell you that 12-20 psi is definitely not enough. Your probably looking at a minimum of 50-60, and as much as 90-100 depending on what engine. A replacement for a 3.3.L at autozone is rated at 90-100 psi. I'd spend the money on new pump & filter at same time.

The panel or the housing normally lists the names of the items that are controlled by the fuses. If that doesnt work, disconnect the battery terminals and you are good to go
