I was conecting a transverter to my secondary cigaret lighter and i touched the negative and positive together and now it wont work where is the fuse for it on my 04 toyota corolla

You won't necessarily find a fuse for this but check under the dash on the drivers side for a fuse box. Also under the hood but if none of fuses are blown you have lost what is called a fuseable link in the wiring harness and you wont be able to fix that. The way to easily get your lighter socket working is to buy from radio shack a fuse with wire attached and get some extra wire around 14 to 16 guage and a 10 amp fuse and run a new power line from the fuse box under the dash to the lighter socket. Use the same ground that is there. Radio shack also has taps for the fuse box. I just did this on a Ford Escort and it only took 20 min.If this helps please reply and let me know if you need more details good luck

2001 chrysler 300m - I need to find the fuse for the drivers side seat heat and for the charget inside the arm rest console. Might be the same fuse

If it is not in the fuse box under the dash, by the driver's legs, then it may be in the box by the battery under the hood. The fuse boxes should have legends on them, but if they don't and you don't want to start randomly removing fuses, you can buy a fuse (continuity) tester at the car parts store relatively inexspensively. This tool allows you to test fuses without removing them.

Hope this helps,

Signal lights, fuel gage, temp gage not working. Could it be the signal light relay? Where is it located?

This sounds like you have blown a fusible link! Check your main fuses first.

None of my trailer lights work at all. I was thinking it was a fuse but the book doesn't even list the fuses at all for the trailer and towing.

If it is a factory towing package, there are 2 10amp fuses not in your fuse boxes. They are located on the drivers side under the dash right about in the center. You can see them if you get on the floor and look. They are in white square plastic boxes. Each one holds 1 fuse and one is for left brake and left turn and the other for right brake and right turn.
these are kinda hanging in mid air, meaning they are not mounted to anything. I can take a picture of mine if you like. The fuse I am trying to find is for the running lights, the lights that are on at night when your going. That one I have not found yet. they are the mini fuses and not round of course.

There is 1 Relay Switch and a Fuse that Operates this Guage Also. Check in the Fuse Boxes for these first.
