My 190E - 1993 model issue

Not accelerating fully while driving, it's looks soething blocking or no fuel is passing to the engine. but some times on Idle position it's looks fine.

Could be a multitude of problems, have it on a fault diagnostic machine to find what error codes its got. as you could be changing this and changing that until your wallets empty

1993 Buick Skylark Hesitates on Acceleration


Sounds like a timing issue to me. Sounds like they set it up for highway speed, faster on the end speed rather than take off speed. Try adjusting it just a little bit, most of the time you can do this by turning the rotor cap after loosening a bolt. Do this in very small increments.

1993 Mustang 2.3L Trouhble(again); It's slugish at accelerating from a stop(some times falling on its face and dieing), jerks at highspeeds when trying to accelerate, and has hard starts. Any help


All the above problems were happening to my truck, and the engine light never did come on. Finally changed the O2 sensor, and it runs like new again.

Chevy express 1999 didn't start, i have a code p1336. i've change the crank shaft sensor but it didn't strat and i have a P1336 code again



Trouble Code: P1336

CKP Sensor System Variation Not Learned
Possible Causes:


Set the parking brake and block the drive wheels for safety. Verify the hood is closed. Read the trouble codes. If a code is set, refer to that code. Start the engine. Allow engine temperature to reach at least 158?F (70?C). Then key off. Select Crankshaft Position Variation Learn procedure on Scan Tool & start the vehicle. Apply the brake pedal firmly and verify the selector is in Park. Increase accelerator pedal position until fuel cutoff is reached at the test rpm (e.g., 5150). Quickly release the accelerator pedal after fuel cutoff is reached. The CKP system variation compensating values are learned when the engine speed (rpm) decreases back to idle speed and the procedure terminates. Read the trouble codes and recheck for DTC P1336. If DTC P1336 runs and passes, the CKP system variation "learn" procedure is complete. If not, look for other codes. If no codes are set, repeat the test procedure.

I have a Jetta TDI 1993 Model and I have a problem, while driving the I get no response from the accelerator pedal, the car seems to idle but there is no accelerating power. If turn the engine off and on...


Go back to that VW dealer and complain. I'm sure you payed plenty, and I know in my shop, if a customer's car is not repaired to their satisfaction, I want to know, and make it right. Sometimes parts can be bad right out of the box, and sometimes problems are misdiagnosed. Go back, but don't agree to pay for anything untill you get a satisfactory explanation. Good luck.

look for wet spots or stains on the motor !
alsodust & grime could be hiding a leak or a fracture in a fuel line or it could be a leaking fuel injector
check fiewall for loos ao brocken rubber grommets that pipes & wires pass through that could be allowing fumes into the cabin
