Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
Pretty vague question but I will assume that the inside handles have come detached from rods that go from handle to latch. You will need to remove all screws in handle area and around perimeter of door panel. Pull screenlike cover off speakers and remove screws in behind there as well. Pull off covers in top right area of window as well, sometimes a small speaker, sometimes just a cover, depending on stereo set up installed. Once all screws are out, use a pry tool and start prying panel away from door where it's held by push clips on back side of panel. Once all pushclips have released, you need pull panel out at bottom and lift and wiggle it out of channel at top by glass. That should allow you enough room to see the rod that goes from latch to handle. re-insert the rod in to handle and make sure clip is snapped back over as required. If clip is broken, most autoparts stores should have them. Reverse to re-install panel.
