SOURCE: ac relay location in fuse box
you have to refer to the owner's manual. that is where they list the fuse/relay locations. if not there, you may need to refer to the diesel supplement book. but i think it will be in the owners manual. i have a 2002 f250 and that's where mine are.

SOURCE: Relay resistance values
Relays only have coils inside most of the time. and resistance in these coils is not relevant to diagnosing them. The contacts do develop resistance when they go bad, but there is no standard for a any given resistance. The bestway to check a relay is to energize the coil with 12V. Then checking the resistance to the contact. There should not be any resistance at all. If there is any then the contact is bad.

try cleaning the connector that goes to the fuel pump, sometimes they corrode on inside. If that does not fix, test the wires feeding fuel pump with a multi meter until the condition shows itself again, if voltage drops to zero or very low then wiring problem, if voltage is unchanged with problem and fuel pump is not working and connectors are all clean, try replacement of fuel pump.

Take it into Cummings agent and get them to put it on the check out box (in a KW its in the dash ) but they will be able to fix your problem in about 10 minutes.
Have a goodday
