If this is the starter solenoid, the two large wires go on the bigger posts, one from battery and the other to the starter. The smaller wires go on the smaller posts. One from the ignition switch and the other to ground.

I think that it is not a vacuum hose
most all trans went electric shift in 1995
if the hose is coming from the tran check and see if it goes to the top of the tran
and it will go from rubber line to metal tube
I think your looking at the tran vent
and does not hook to the motor

It would help greatly to know what specific vehicle you need the diagram for. Might even be no need for a diagram and a walk through if a person would know what vehicle it is for.
