Question about Isuzu Cars & Trucks
Trying see if its egr or evap
EGR. Faulty sensor, Tube blocked with carbon, Faulty EGR valve, or Lack of vacuum to operate are most common causes. I'd check vacuum, etc, before replacing EGR right off the bat.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I would check the front o2 sensors because usually the EGR flow is detected by:
The detect operation of the system, the solenoid is disabled and the o2 compensation control is monitored. If the EGR system is operating properly, turning it off shifts the air/fuel ratio in the lean direction. o2 sensor data should indicate an increase in oxygen in the exhaust gases and cause the short term control to shift rich. The amount of the shift indirectly monitors the operation of the system.

Based on what the tech manuals say I would change the DPFE sensor for the EGR Valve, careful not to tear the special silicone rubber hoses that go to it from the exhaust, as a Ford dealer tech I saw these codes allot, and the DPFE sensor was almost always the issue or the hoses going to it.

-after you change the part you have to reset/clear the code
-this can be done by either:
(1) using the OBD2 code reader that Autozone used OR since option 2 (below) is very quick
(2) disconnecting the battery for about 30 seconds (this will delete all codes/radio presets/etc) but it will also clear the 'check engine' code
-this is what I do AFTER i write down my radio station presets :)
-hopefully the new EGR valve resolves your issue after you CLEAR the code
...but that code just means a an insufficient amount of Exhaust Gas recirculation (pressure difference) used to keep the emissions in check
-if it comes back, then there are a few other fixes to try also
-let me know if you need further assistance
-please remember to rate me `fix-ya`if it works
