I suppose all you can do is check all the tie rods and ball joints, and take it for a wheel alignment. Uneven tire pressure can also cause it to pull.

Wont accelerate and pulls to one side

"Pulls to one side" sounds a lot like a frozen front brake caliper. While you could get away with replacing only the caliper on the side of the truck that it pulls to, for a time -- for example, if the truck pulls to the left, the caliper on the left will be the frozen one -- you are better off replacing both calipers because the other one will likely eventually go out, too.

Make sure the system is bled on all 4 wheels.

And, that the front end parts are all tight (tie rod ends, lower ball joints, etc.)

4 wheel drive hi wont work but 2 wheel and 4 wheel drive lo will in my 03 blazer

first you need to figure out if 4 wheel drive in 4 low is working. i know you said it is but do the front tires actually pull... if it is than you have a transfer case issue... if it does not than you probably have a vacum issue with the front hubs

its possible it could be a wheel hub bearing, but it could be a faulty brake caliper or a brake hose,if it pulls when the brake is applied then you have a brake issue
