I was told there is a resivior for the rear washer, but I can't find one. where is it hiding

What make, year, model are you talking about? Both front and rear windshields use the same one under the hood. If you can see it, look to see if there are two pumps connected to the bottom of the tank. you likely have a bad pump.

Where is the rear window washer resivior located on a 95 jimmy

It's the same reservoir as the front windshield washer. If it's not working, check the washer line to make sure there are no cracks or breaks in it. Good luck and keep me posted.

1998 Ford Explorer Where is the rear windshieldwasher fluid resivior located?

The rear windshield washer fluid for the rear window uses the same as the front. if it is like a '99 Explorer, it has one pump that has reversing current controlled by two relays . Access the relay box by removing air cleaner top and hose near right front corner. The front and rear washer relays are the two near the rear of the box. One of the two is sticking or has corroded terminals. You can use the horn or a/c relay from the relay and fuse box near the battery.Good luck and hope this helps.

Windshield washer indicator on instrument panel is illuminated even though the washer tank is full. Previous owner spilled soda or something sticky in the drink holders. This prevents the unit from poping...

PROBABLY THE FLOAT IN THE BOTTOM OF THE RESIVIOR IS STUCK DUE TO SOMEONE USING WATER INSTEAD OF WW FLUID TRY FLUSHING OUT THE TANK GOOD WITH HOSE , DEGREASER LIKE 409 WILL GET THE SODA OUT RINSE WITH WATER. GOOD LUCK

Replace Fuel Filter

Just unbolt it on top and bottom and replace (remember to use two wrenches so that you don't break the hard fuel line or the mounting bracket).
The filter is located directly beneath the windshield washer fluid resivior. You will have to remove the washer fluid resivior and possibly the brake fluid resivior as well as they both get in the way.

Disconnect the filter on a surface were it's OK to spill gas on the ground, when you take the hose of it will pour out it's contents.

Windshield wiper fluid does not spray and how does it turn on?

The washer pump should be in the resivoir bottle...remove the plug on the bottom of the resivior and check it for power when the washer button ie pushed... if you have power, then you should replave the washer motor...
Please rate this,
