Hi and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 5mins. then reconnect it. This will reset the radio system and may get it back to it's normal operation.
If the problem still persists, since it is stuck and if you want to take a shot well it's possible. Unbolt the cd changer from the bracket and a small set of screwdriver will be helpful on detaching the case to gain access to the stuck cd.
Repeat the procedure vise versa on reassembling. This is an option if you don't want to take the 900USD replacement.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
