Yes it's easy to do, remove tank pull pump off of tank, and replace pump, Napa has this pump # 6651533 it runs between $14.00 and $20.00 .

Not difficult to remove inner fender liner (screws around wheel well opening and sometimes a few more)
Pump is available from most auto supply stores and easily installed in tank. Check power at the motor before removing it to make sure the motor is bad and the problem isn't somewhere else.(if no power there problem can be solved as easily as using a push button to get it powered up and as complicated as replacing the multi-function switch...pretty much your choice)

follow the hoses to the hood or wiper arm (i dont know where your spray nozzles are)and disconnect hem and press the spray button. if it sprays your nozzles are plugged, if not its your pump motor.

under hood, the lid has a GRAPHIC of a wiper,+ spray.
done not make an error, here. mixing brakes, washer, and coolant.

Windshield washer pump wont work 04 aztek

there is a pump on the bottom of the tank see if you have power and ground ton the wires to the pump if so the pump is bad

Sensor would be inside the water tank. if you can't fix it, just ignore long as you know you have water in the tank.....

How do you replace the tubing from the windshield washer bottle? where is the tubing located on 1997 dodge grand caravan?

If you've developed a leak than the problem lies within the washer tank and not the lines. If your washers just aren't squirting then you've got to clean the nozzles on the hood. The washer feed lines are very rarely at fault unless the vehicle has had a fire. Thank you, Dana

No Windshield washers

When mine stopped working it was the washer motor easy to fix. right at the bottom of the tank ..Put somthing under it to catch the fluid and it just pulls out . unplug and replace. Danny

Wiper fluid level sensor replacement

Reservoir —Windshield Wiper

  1. Remove the RH wheel; refer to Section 204-04 .
  1. Position RH splash shield aside.
    1. Remove six screws.
    1. Remove three pin-type retainers.
    1. Position RH splash shield aside.
  1. NOTE: Windshield washer fluid should be collected in a container after the windshield washer hoses are disconnected.
    Disconnect the electrical connector and washer hoses.
  1. Remove the upper reservoir bolt.
  1. Remove the windshield washer reservoir.
    • Loosen the two lower reservoir bolts.
