SOURCE: 2001 kia rio fuel pump does not work

Are you positive its the fuel pump? Have you tried running the pump with the return line off to see if it pumps fuel? They don't always have to make a noise.

SOURCE: fuel pump 1997 kia sephia

I have never heard of something sensable as an access hatch. On a truck it's sometimes easier to lift the truck bed off of the truck instead of lowering the tank but you obviously don't have that luxury. I wouldn't cut a hole in your vehicle either because not only are you creating a week point, but a place for water and dirt intrusion along with a fresh start for rust. Most likely the fuel pump is a submersable pump and accessed by lowering the fuel tank very slowly until you can reach in and disconnect the fuel lines. Make sure you open the gas cap and disconnect the battery to depresurise the fuel. Don't lower it to far or you will snap the lines off. You will also need to disconnect the electrical connection at the pump. I use a floor jack and a 2x6 the length of the tank or as close as possible to distrubute the load and support / lower the tank down slowly.

SOURCE: Which fuse is for the horn on a 1996 Kia Sephia?

my best guess would be either the engine or headlight fuse inside the car. my 96 doesn't have the fuse diagram for the fuses under the hood so i don't know about those, but my horn wont work either so i might replace all fuses and see if that helps. hope this will help.

Fuel pump relay location on 1997 kia sephia 1.8L engine. How do I know where the fuel pump relay is located as none of them are marked or labeled?

Did you check the fuel pump fuse that is under the hood? I suppose that may not be labeled either. go to the Kia dealer and get that info where the relay and the fuse are.
If the fuse is good, the relay will have one "hot at all times" terminal. If your ecu (or pcm, whichever it is called) is working right, you can put your finger lightly on the relay, have a helper turn the key to "ON", and you should hear or feel the relay click, meaning it is energized and power should then be going to the pump. With key on, relay is energized by the ecu for 2 seconds to prime the line with gas. Then again relay is energized when the engine is cranking. Use a voltmeter and check for power at the pump with the engine cranking over. If no power, back to the relay for troubleshooting. But if there is power at the pump wire at the tank, and no fuel pump, then you almost certainly need to replace the pump.

2001 kia sephia won't turn over, no noise when key turned. Car was tuned off to run into store. Came out to start nothing. Can't hear starter, fuel pump nothing makes any sound.

Make sure it's in park, or neutral if manual tranny. Make sure battery connections are tight and clean. Check starter relay and check ignition switch electrical portion to ensure it's getting current from the battery to the relay.

1999 Kia Sephia doesnt start every time??

It sounds like you may have a sticking electric fuel pump. Next time this happens have a spray can of starting fluid in the car and spray it into the intake air hose of the engine, if it starts you have a fuel pump problem or loss of power to the pump from a possible bad relay or control.

Hello i got a kia sephia 1999 and wont start i change the fuel pump and nothing the fuel pump is not getting no power i turn the key on and nothing can you please helpe me find maybe was the problem i dont...

There are multiple items controlling fuel pump and fuel system. The primary control is done thru the fuel pump relay, a fuse and the ECM. Any of the 3 could be the cause. The simplest one to check is fuse and/ or relay.
