General motors Dextron 3 is usually sufficient. If you want to know that for sure check the transmission's dip stick it should be stamped on it.

you can have a mechanic put it on his computer and clear it or unhook your battery cable and hook it back up to reset it, if it comes back on after driving the abs ( anti lock braking system ) may not be working could be bad sensor or dirty wheel hubs on the inside of your hubs in the front that is where the sensor is located.
