if its a 6VE1 engine you might want to remove rocker covers and put front lobes of camshafts in position shown in picture with cam gear timmed up at same point cam gear are 3:1 ratio
look closely at cam gears in pic to see front lobe positions for both banks

First try replacing the fuel filter and also check the air filter element, if its clogged with dust replace.
After doing all this check the performance of the engine,if its still the same thn time to remove the injector nozzles for service.
The last option would thn be the pump(injector).
Hope this helps!

There are three marks to line up... before you remove the lower timing belt cover there are the marks on the little gauge that is integrated into the cover that line up with a mark on the main crankshaft pulley (to actually time it while the engine is running) there are also marks on the camshaft sprocket (big sprocket at the top of the engine seen with the upper timing cover removed), that lines up with a white mark on the upper rear plastic timing cover. And finally if you replace the timing belt there is a mark on the crankshaft sprocket that lines up with a mark cast in the face of the aluminum engine block.
Let us know if you have something more to ask else please accept the solution.

the fuel pump sending unit may be bad u may just have to replace the fuel pump itsself check all of youre connections and make sure they are good and clean dirt and grime is one of the worst things for a fuel pump and can also caused the pump not to function properly.
