Some cars and most toyotas have several fuse boxes. Look for two in the car and probably two under the hood. Also look inside the hole itself. There will be what looks like a gripper for the lighter on the sides. With the car and battery off and or disconnected bend those tabs juuuuust a bit closer to the middle. Doing so will hold the lighter in place longer while heating up. Hope this helps and give me a thumbs up!
