SOURCE: AC Cold air but no volumne of air flow

Check your resister pack, if the air is still cold then the freon is being moved by your compressor and passing through your orfice tube fine so there is the right amount. DO NOT open the system unless you have to, each time it is open they sugggest a dryer/reciecver replacement. The resister pack is a small block about the size of a palm of a hand. It contians a set of coils which conduct electricity at different rates based on that rate <the amount of voltage> your a/c fan will blow that speed. For example high= no resistance, low= 3 reiester if you have 4 settings

SOURCE: air conditioner blower

Does this happen when you accelerate or all the time??, if you have a vacuum operated air distribution system the issue is a vacuum leak, if the AC is electronic then the air blend door motor is failing.

You probably have a vacuum leak on the passenger side. its a small plastic hose some times they come unpluged from the engine. or brake.

SOURCE: Front window defroster and floor, no air flow.

I had the same issue and then I got into a slight accident with a curb. When the collision place was fixing the car, I told them about the defroster and floor and they told me that they had to clean out a whole bunch of leaves and then airflow was restored. Have it cleaned, you may be surprised.

The fuse is in the fuse box plainly marked WIPER
Also the switch can be at fault so test that before asuming the wiper motor is at fault. Using an ohm meter is helpful. They come with easy instructions on how to use these meters on automotive circuits

My windows are not defrosting properly.

Do you have heat? Does the fan turn on? are you getting air from the defroster vents close to the windshield? If you have heat make sure the defrost control is working. I'd open the outside air vent and turn the blower on high speed. If there is no heat, the heater control valve is not working. Double check the radiator fluid tank, make sure you have enough fluid (antifreeze) Low fluid levels can reduce the hot water flow to the heater coil inside the car. If there
is no air flow through the defroster vents you may have a problem with the fan control, or the fan motor. Good luck.

if you mean no air is blowing,i'd say your blower motors cooked or heater panel blower switch/or blower resistor may have melted

I have a 1982 Chevy C10 When I turn on the ac/heat I only have high speed, no low or med. I have replace the high speed relay, the blower resistor, and the blower control switch. Same result. Also the

possible faulty new resistor, could be a bad ground wire shorting out.
older chevys are good for the ground wire corroding, heating up and shorting wit the wires near it, this can cause the fan to get stuck on high.

Grinding noise after turning on A/C, already replaced compressor with no luck. Any ideas???? it's a 1982 Chevy C10

I think there no issue with your A/c compressor. Please check your fan blades, there may be some thing blocking them.

2000 jeep grand cherokee, only blow out a little air even when the blower on hi,,you have to put your hand next to the vent to feel the air

you may have had something fall down into the defrost vent and it has worked its way down and is blocking the air flow thats trying to come out the vents, near the blower motor.also does it sound like the blower motor is spinning on high speed or at a lower speed, you could have a slow turning blower motor.

Air flow in car vents low

Sounds like the flap that controls the direction of air flow is stuck in the wrong position. Possibly a vacuam line off the actuator.
