If the fluid level is ok in the transmission then you have a failed transmission. Sorry to hand out the bad news.

Can I free seized engine and if so how. For my 1995toyota 4runner

I would consider fitting a used engine to it, rather than try a rebuild. Get one from the exact same model if possible so it mates with the ECM and the transmission.

1998 toyota camry won't reverse and hesitating in drive

This could be a fault with the shift valve, hopefully just requiring cleaning. This is accessible with the trans pan removed, best done on a hoist.

Look carefully under the hood, car manufacturers place a decal w/ the belt routing diagram somewhere under the hood in the engine compartment. If u can't find it, check your owners manual, if u don't have one, let me know and I will research further to find it for u.

DRIVE BELT ON 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY

If you are referring to the vehicle having a "Timing Belt", no, it does not have one.
The 2002 Camry 4 cylinder has a Timing CHAIN, and does not need to be replaced.
