I have the same problem - 2000 Honda Accord V6 - just had new NAPA alternator and belts installed. Some times can go for a week with no problem. The wife had a problem last week and today while in town the battery indicator light, brake indicator light and the door and trunk ajar lights all light up at the same time for about 2-3 seconds then go out. This happened several times today. Car runs fine and do not notice any other problems

I have the exact same problem. Installed a NAPA rebuilt alternator and ever since get all the warning light flickering at the same time, normally when decellerating. Started when I replaced the alternator.

are any of the warning lights or guages in the red zone? if the battery light is on it could mean the battery and or altenator went bad, is the charging guage in the red zone?, it could be the altenator. if the battery is good and charging system is working good you might have a draw on your battery, dicconsct the negative battery terminal over night when you park , replace it the next morning, if it starts right up look at anything you have installed recently like electronics or brake assist kits dissconect one by one until you find the culprit...

Interior lights flicker on and off with warning that doors are open sign on dashboard comes on at same time

Open each door (one at a time) with the car running and parked.
Look for the small contact switch that tells the car the door is open/shut.
See image for location.
Press that switch in firmly and watch the dash to see if the light comes on while you are pressing.
This will tell you which one of the switches is bad.

Battery light and abs light is on and battery wont stay charged, new battery and altenator is good

This sounds like a bad alternator , maybe it charges at times and other times it does not, check connections to battery and at alternator, also make sure all fuse are good.

2003 mitsubishi lancer with manual was recently towed, now check engine light is on always, and battery light and brake warning light both flicker on and off together ay the same time. any ideas?

It sounds that there might be a charging system problem. Check all connection to the battery terminals. If no success ther have your charging system checked

Changed altenator and now brake and battery warning lights staying on

Double check to make sure that the alternator they installed is the correct one for the vehicle. Also hopefully someone load tested the battery before condemning the alternator. The wiring behind the alternator should be inspected for corrosion and looseness.
With regards to brake lite, either there is something wrong with the system or the warning lite switch is grounding out. Either way its serious A technician should inspect the conventional brake system for leaks and wear.

Nissan Pulsar three warning lights on at the same time.

Sounds like your alternator may be getting ready to check out. Have your battery and charging system tested by a dealer or shop.
