If the air blows from the derfost and the footwells, then their may be a vacuum leak. Check under the hood there should be a vacuum line that goes from the firewall to a vacuum port on the intake manifold. Alot of times the line get corroded and breaks off.(If you find the pcv hose you are in the right direction)

they're shorting from the water running down the inside of your door...pull the door panel and install a sheet of plastic over the window controls with duct tape at the top, sortof like a "flap" over the top of the window switches...make it 5-6 wider than the switch area.
Your window "sweep" (at the top of the door) is most likely shot.

Your lifters have become clogged over the years. Its only after the oil warms up and thins out does it allow oil to "pump up" the lifters. That's why it goes quiet after 5 min. There are several different brands of additives on the market that can fix this problem ,unless you have a more serious mechanical problem, which I doubt.Check your local auto parts store for the additive. Just add it to your oil and "wham!" problem solved. Good Luck!

Check the voltages at each injector.Also interchange the coil injector with other working coil injector and check.If the problem goes away then its faulty coil injector but if the problem is same then the voltage is not proper.Check the voltage with meter for exact 12 volt at coil injector connections.Also check voltage at spark plugs.Bad plugs can cause misfiring when cold, and be OK once warmed up.Rough idle at cold start up could meanyou have some injectors that are leaking overnight. If it were an ignition problem I believe it would misfire all the time weather cold or hot. Also how is your coolant level? If you seem to be adding coolant more frequently you could also have a minor headgasket leak. Leaking coolant into a cylinder overnigt and you start next morning will also cause a misfire until it burns off the coolant. You may not see smoke at tail pipe because it is a small leak but just enough to cause it to misfire. misfires are caused by things like a bad plug wire, not allowing a plug to fire correctly, or enough, an old plug that can't muster the correct spark, or a dirty fuel injector not spraying fuel into the chamber correctly (this is most common).It can also be bad oxygen sensors, vacuum leak, or worse.. leak at the intake manifold.Get the fuel pressure checked.
If its less then its quite possible that fuel pump needs to be replaced and
fuel filter is got clogged.
