Car tires are never regrooved, that is only for large commercial tires used on heavy equipment, these types of tires can be regrooved because the rubber is much thicker.

Hi,
a 6ya Mechanic can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Mechanic (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Where do two BLK/WHT wires connect to battery?

Actually, not ALL cars have connected two BLK/WHT cables to the battery; bet most dont, or cables are different. Maybe if you should specify make, model and year of your car, someone might recognize those cables.
Does your car starts up without connecting those cables? If does, take your car to an electricist else, call one.
Even if I don't have the faintest idea what for are those cables, i believe that connecting them incorrectly might harm your car.

Serpentine belt rubbing

It sounds like a seized or a seizing pulley. Did you replace the tensioner pulley along with the belt? Replacing the two at the same time is SOP. The tensioner is the only unit in contact with the smooth side of the belt.

Sound like you need a new clutch fitting & unfortunately this is expensive as engine/gearbox needs to be taken out to get at the clutch. Cheers, Malcolm Campbell.

Looseness in steering column

You can fix it. It's fairly easy, handtools and stearing wheel puller. Theres a bushing that wears out on tilt wheels. The easyest way to tell how to do it is to say, go to your libreay and look it up in their moter manuals. They probaly won't check them out. Butr you can photo copy the pages you need.
