If there is a drain plug it is at the base of the radiator opposite of the Lower Radiator hose. Most likely there isn't one. The fastest and easiest way is to remove the lower radiator hose and drain the system that way. Replace the hose then refill the radiator by removing the filler cap. You can top off the radiator putting it in the over flow bottle but for refilling after you drain it you need to initially fill it using the filler cap on the radiator. Make sure you have the antifreeze either pre-mixed or you mix it 50/50 with water. Basically you want one jug of Pure antifreeze then fill the rest with water or 3 to four of the Pre mixed antifreeze jugs. Preston has this available but it is meant to topping off a system not filling it from the start.

If you normally have to depress the brake to shift out of park the solenoid on the steering column that releases the shifter has gone bad.
