hello, the part number for your relay is 12 38 505 opel and GM is 24433728 and its located on the realy box, inside the car
hope those numbers help you to get your replacement

should be behind the plastic cover below the wipers on passanger side i think but be carefull when you remove the top of the box cause it will set the alarm off DONT LEAVE THE KEYS INN THE CAR it might lock depending on the system

if the "noise"only happens on full lock/(in both directions)then it is the power steering pump clutch,this is normall....
