Question about 1966 Ford Mustang
Mustang Hard to start, and when it does have to keep idel high. what could it be.
WELL LETS START WITH THE FUEL FILTER WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME IT WAS REPLACED , THESE TEND TO CLOG UP WHEN THE CAR IS OPERATED WITH ONLY A 1/4 TO 1/8 OF GAS IN TANK WITH THE PRICE OF GAS I CANT SAY I BLAME U BUT THE GAS U BUY ISNT CLEAN AND UR FUEL PUMP WILL SUCK UP THAT SEDAMENT CLOGING UP THE FILTER . THE FUEL FILTER IS LOCATED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE UNDER THE CAR ALONG THE FRAME INLINE WITH THE PASSENGER SEAT OR ALSO IT CAN BE LOCATED NEXT TO THE FUEL TANK MOUNTED ALONG THE FRAME NEAR REAR WHEEL .
