Question about 2005 Dodge Caravan
We've replaced the clock spring and checked relay. My horn still does not work. What can we check next?
Look under your hood you will see a fuse box to the right, open it up i think it the i.o.n fuse ,if its not that one, remove and put back one at a time , what it is is sometimes the computer gets to full and when you pull out the fuse it resets it . my 05 def problems like that and my sister 06 all so.

if you check the wire that comes from the horn button to the relay for voltage when the horn is pushed and have voltage then you have a bad relay,if not then you probably have bad contacts in the horn pad area or even the clock spring itself.
