I had the same problem...make sure all the wires that were cut or unhooked are taped off and this should stop the blown fuses.

SOURCE: anti lock

That light is letting you know that there has been an Event that Required the Anti-Lock Braking System to Activate. It should have gone out after a few Min. I would get the Brakes Checked out.

SOURCE: were is the starter located

The starter is underneath on the driver side. If you are going to do it yourself then I recommend you jack the car up on that side.

SOURCE: warning light above temperature guagee is flashing

When the engine is cold, I would check the anti-freeze level in the plastic bottle on the left in the picture below. Also check to see if your cooling fan is coming on.0ff55ab.jpg

SOURCE: 96 saturn SL main relay location

You have relays on the IP (IP refers to inside panel of car) junction box on the left side of the passenger's feet. The UP (UP refers to under hood panel of car) junction box closest to battery. Both have relays in them and will have the relays that you are looking for.

Could be a fuse. Have somebody who knows about cars look at the instrument cluster fuse to see if the wire inside is broken.

Im told same fuse controls dash and tail lights just look in owners manual but i have no owners manual can someone please tell me what fuse is for das and tail lights on 2000 saturn sl please

It looks like the parking lamp fuse is in the box in the engine compartment marked PARK and the dash light fuse is in the box on the driver side of the dash marked DIMMER. They are two different circuits.

Dash lights and running lights dont work

At the instrument panel fuse block, check 15A fuse 10 (indicators). In the relay center, check 10A fuse 8 (speedometer).

For "back lights" problem: At the left underhood fuse block, check the 20A HEADLAMP BREAKER. At the instrument panel fuse block, check 15A fuse 6C. Both of these supply power to the lamp control module. If you set the park lamp switch to the on position, the tail part of the tail/stop/turn lamps should light, the separate tail lamps should light, the license lamps should light, and the rear marker lamps should light. If any of these don't light check for burned out lamps, bad sockests, and bad wiring or missing grounds (black wires)

Need to know how to replace rear passenger tail light lens

Wouldn't it be simpler to just get a used tail lamp assembly on ebay? Most likely any SL tailight assembly 96 to 99 will fit and there are lots of them for sale.

Subaru legacy 96 running tail lights out

The globes on tail lights are usually 2 elements so just because ur brake when pressed works doesnt mean the second part of the globe is working id buy new tail light globes or at least see if both little wires are going from one point to the other it looks like 2 little power lines .if top and bottom are both going to the other side tgen its another prob but if top or bottom line are broke then thats the problem hope i didnt confuse u but im sure u will get what i mean when u have alook at the globe

''96 Silverado no tail lights.

if that doesn't help, you might want to check the bulbs. the damage might have shorted which burned out the bulbs. but you do have one wire that runs to the rear and splits off to the tail lights. the wire should run back to the head light switch via a fuse. the headlights have its own relay. but i hope it is just a fuse.
