After replacing the thermostat I pulled the heater hoses off and blew air through the heater core at firewall. Can only blow in left side as directional valves will prevent opposite. Chunks of stuff came out with coolant. I then put a piece of hose on the left side and shot water through until it came out clear.
Put it all back together and heat works fine.

You can follow this to reset it.
Ignition ON, initiate the TPM Learn Mode
using one of the following procedures:
After the horn chirp has sounded and the right front turn signal is illuminated, repeat step 2 for the remaining 3 sensors in the following order:
3.1. Right front
3.2. Right rear
3.3. Left rear
When the left rear sensor has been learned and a double horn chirp has sounded, the learn process is complete and the RCDLR exits the learn mode.
Ignition OFF, adjust all tires to the recommended pressures

take off the cover on the top and bottom of the steering column just behind the wheel. pop the tilt lever out simply just by grabbing it and give it a good tug. then once you have the new switch and you get in there your going to need an inverted torx socket to remove the small bolts that hold the switch to the column. do not move the gear on the new switch make sure it lines up exactly as the old one did!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the water control valve behind the engine close to the firewall. This valve opens and closes to allow hot coolant to enter the heater core. It is usually connected to the heater controls with a cable. When you adjust the heater control for heat, a cable activated lever on the valve should move and allow coolant to move through the valve. The cable from the heater control can come loose from the lever, or the valve itself can become corroded and hard to move.
