Hold down the 1 and 6 button on your radio and turn the radio on. a sequence of numbers and letters will flash. this is your radios serial number. removing the radio is not neccesary. once you have the serial number you can enter the vin number and your personal information into honda.com under stereo and gps service and it will give you the code. if you bought your car used just call a honda dealer and give someone in the service dept your radios serial number and they will give you the code. once you have the code turn your radio on and enter the code. poof. radio is fixed

Means that it is requesting the code (anti theft) to reactivate the radio. In all probability, the vehicle battery was disconnected and the anti theft tripped.
