SOURCE: 92 Porsche 968 will not start

check out your 2 sensors on the bell housing , at rear of the engine one is reference sensor the other is engine speed sensor , this will not allow injection or ignition if one is defect , change both , there the same , lots intermitent problems from these sensors

Check for a intake hose leak between your mass air flow sensor and the intake manifold. Porsche refers to this piece as a vane air flow sensor.

try to check your second fuel pump condition-delivery,but start with checking your fuel pumps relays
it the front trunk.The relasy should be RED not BLACK typeTo change the fuel filter is a good idea,on the filter is a date of manufactured,filter should be replaced one a year.

Hi Rick, I think you should talk to your local porsche dealer and ask them for a diagram of the structure of the vehicle and then you can figure out where to fix the belt. Did you buy a genuine seat belt or an after market one?

Check your spark plugs, fuel filter and fuel pump. Basically car needs spark and fuel to remain going. Check all those and replace when necessary.
