Where can I wire my accessorie wire for a radio in a 2010 vw tiguan 2.0t?

Are you planning on installing an after market radio ? If so, recommend you use an empty slot from the fuse panel to run power to your radio. This will help to avoid having other system components being affected by the new radio. If car still under warranty, it will not void it.

I PUT AN AFTERMARKET RADIO WONT POWER UP.

If your Trailblazer does not have rear seat audio, check the 15A RADIO FUSE in the I/P fuse panel. If your Trailblazer has rear seat audio, check 15A RADIO FUSE 41 and 10A HVAC B FUSE 36 in the rear fuse block. You may have to use a different adapter to get the radio to work.

My car is a 2006 honda accord. a friend somehow mixed the terminals up and the radio went dead when we finally got it right. it hasnt come on sinse then

Terminals for what, the battery? Anyway, you likely blew a fuse-check the fuse panel under the dash-should be a radio fuse. Radios often have two power sources, both would be fused, sometimes a power wire has an inline fuse.
If you find the radio fuse and it is good, better use a test light and check that your fuse panel is getting power to it. The radio fuse would have power to it with the key in ON. In fact, with key on, every fuse in the fuse panels would show power on a test light. The little slots at the top ends of every fuse are open to the metal strip inside the fuse. Ground the test light lead to a metal bracket or screw, and touch the test light probe into the slot. With key on, every good fuse will light the test light on both ends of the fuse-fuse is good and has not blown-a bad fuse will only light up the test light on one end of the fuse-the metal strip inside has blown apart.
You can check all your fuses this way-don't have to pull them out to inspect. But also most important for you to know is, does your fuse panel have power being fed to it. If those terminals were battery terminals, you may have blown a bigger fuse that feeds the fuse panel, one of your maxi fuses under the hood in the Power Distribution Box.
Good luck. Post back with what you find.

The speedometer and radio went out and only the speedometer will come back from time to time 2001 chevy express van 1500

Hi,
The most common cause for an electrical component to fail in a vehicle dashboard configuration is a blown fuse. According to the diagram for the fuse panel for your vehicle, the radio has two-10 amp fuses, one located in slot 17 and the other in slot 19. Slot 19 should be on the top of the far left row of fuses, while 17 should be on the next row over, one up from the bottom.
The Speedometer issue sounds more like a wire is grounding out somewhere. If it were the fuse, your entire instrument panel would go dead because the entire panel is routed through one 10 amp fuse in slot 4, far right row, third up from the bottom. You can check that fuse as well, but the loss and regaining of power to the speedometer and the fact that you didn't mention other instruments in the cluster going out lead me to believe there is a bad wire somewhere.
Hope this helps!

:o( you're going to have to pull the radio out to see what they did. They probably added a wire to an inappropriate circuit to power the new radio or amp. I will paste your factory wiring colors below. If you now have an extra wire, that is the likely culprit. Trace it to see where they hooked it in. If it isn't going to the the fuse box and using an extra slot, make it so by connecting it to the cold side of the fuse and put an approprite size fuse in. To determine the fuse size to use, you can compare the wire gage to other cold side wires and use a fuse the same size as you see being used for similar gage wires. Let me know if you have more questions.

i believe it is a standard 15 fuse that goes in it it but it has a plastic piece that allows you to be able to insert the prongs into the recessed area look inside the #6 slot you should be able to see where the two prongs of the fuse insert.

Most fuse panels have empty slots, use a test light or voltmeter & test for one that only has power when key is on.
