There is a recall that Nissan issued on March of 2010 for this issue. It impacted 340,000 vehicles. Here is the link to the recall information. Sounds lilke it just blew the fuse located under the hood. On the passenger side behind the battery you will find a skinny fuse block. Remove the cover. Now behind the skinny fuse block you will see a larger box with a removable cover that housing some wiring harnesses and fuses. Remove that cover. The fuse you want is a 20 amp. Flip over the lid of the box and it will tell you which fuse is for the radio.
