I have a 2004 Armada I drove to work yesterday listening to the radio and all was fine, when I got back in 8 hours later I had power and everything worked on the stereo except the sound, I drove for about 15 min and all of sudden the sound is working. This morning when I started it there was no sound again, 20 min later I turned it off then right back on and I had sound.

Check to make sure the speaker wires are not shorted to the metal cage that holds the speaker cone in place. (most likely place is in the trunk.) They are bare copper and frequently get shorted if bent by luggage.

You could remove the whole radio, open it up, remove the stuck cd in there and put it back together to use test it.

Sub tank not working

There is a recall that Nissan issued on March of 2010 for this issue. It impacted 340,000 vehicles. Here is the link to the recall information. I would recommend subscribing to the nissanforum as well. There is a lot of useful information from other Nissan Armada owners, problems, fixes, etc......

Radio won't work '06 armada

Sounds lilke it just blew the fuse located under the hood. On the passenger side behind the battery you will find a skinny fuse block. Remove the cover. Now behind the skinny fuse block you will see a larger box with a removable cover that housing some wiring harnesses and fuses. Remove that cover. The fuse you want is a 20 amp. Flip over the lid of the box and it will tell you which fuse is for the radio.

Good luck!
