SOURCE: ABS PROBLEM

Look up above your brake pedal and you should see a switch that is connected to it. This switch controls your brakes and in some vehicles, is tied in to the safety system. Change this and see if your van goes into gear ($10 part)

SOURCE: Highlander 2005- VSC, ABS, park brake, tire pressure lights ON

I just bought a 2005 Highlander and the tire pressure light was on while I was test driving it. I asked the salesman to have the tire pressure checked and then it was fine....Until about 4 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, then the light came on again. This time I took it to a tire store and was told that it was simply the air pressure. When I asked why it would have gone on again so soon after I had the air pressure checked he told me that the change in air pressure from hot (over 100 degree weather) to cool (55 degree weather) might have done it. I got back into the car and the light was still on. I read the owner's manual and was able to reset the button (it's located under the left side of the steering wheel under the dash board and is clearly marked). The light promptly went out and I haven't seen it again for awhile. I hope that helps answer at least part of your problem.

SOURCE: brake vsc off and abs lights are on

Check brake fluid level, if it's not full it may cause the lights. Also check to see if you have any brakes pads/shoe material left, brake fluid doesnt just disappear for no reason.

The ABS, Break, and VSC lights are on constantly. The tire pressure light is flashing. Started just occuring occasionally, not on all the time.

Had similar problem with my volkswagen , turned out to be the ABS module. Ask your lexus service center. I know they can be big bucks to buy , but there is a company called modulemaster that can rebuild them. they even have a great website that shows you how to remove the module. On my VW , I was able to continue driving without the module till it was fixed and sent back.
