P0215 Fuel Shut Off Solenoid -Circuit Malfunction
Sounds like this is a diesel version and you havent posted what year it is as if its a newer common rail then its a dealer only or a better still a bosch diesel injection specialist ,although a modern diesel has electronic controlled injectors so this could be a pre common rail version and the solonoid is on the injector pump but you will still have to remove the injector pump to get the shroud off to get to this solonoid and they cost around 90 euros

Where are the O2 sensors located on a 1994 ford e350 van?

Hi Gerard,
The O2 sensor, also know as Lambda Sond, is screwed into the exhaust pipe.
You will find them just before, and just after the catalytic converter along the exhaust pipe.

Transit van cutting out

Okay, no codes and cut out and low idle,

I have seen this on many types of cars and trucks, first have the tech clean the throttle body, make sure he uses a good cleaner and tooth brush, open the plate with his fingers and brush carbon build up off throttle body and plate then rinse clean with throttle body cleaner, next check and clean mass air flow sensor ,

What happens is the throttle plate when closed allows a small amount of air to pass, after time carbon build up closes the gap little more causing lower idle at stops or when gas pedal released in turn causes engine stall at times, the mass air flow sensor also can cause a problem when diodes that read air flow get dirty and allows air to enter without computer knowing and causes lean condition,

Took the Van in for inspection and it failed. Had

Check all vacuum sources for a leak. I wouldn't race engine over 3000 without a load on it.

Wheres the filler plug on the expert

put the van on full lock to the left, look under the L/H wheel arch in front of the wheel, just in front of the drive shaft you will see a tin cover held on by 13mm headed bolts, on the back row the tin is cut away a little way up is a bigger bolt head (maybe 16mm) that is the fill plug.

Vehicle Cuts Off

you have to use a scan tool only certain things will make this happen IAC idle air control or Map sensor but you really need to scan it also the reason it doesnt want to shift is because it goes into limp mode which means just that it will limp into 1st gear and not shift out hpoe that helps
