Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
If ignition switch then you need the key without it you cannot remove the barrell ,then its a hammer and centre punch to try to remove the retaing headless bolts they break off the head when tightened ,or a small radial cutter if you can get it into the right position on this vehicle
