Location of switch
Normally on your transmission. You will see one or two thick wire cable looking things that connect to a black thing on the top of the transmission (sometimes it's on the side). that black box looking thing is the neutral safety switch.

Here is another procedural tutorial on how to remove and replace it.
Assuming that this is an automatic, the NSS is a common problem. A common, cheap and easy ten minute bypass method has been developed to get around the problem or at the least to use to confirm the diagnosis of a failed switch.

under neith batter box in front of kick down cable///take battery out then battery tray round plug two wires cant miss hope this help you out!.John
