Question about 1991 Chevrolet K1500
Check the vacuum hose that goes from the intake manifold to the brake booster sounds like it may have a hole in it.The vacuum leak will cause your motor to idle high and it also will cause your brake very hard because with out vacuum from the engine the brake booster will not work.

There should be a sticker or placard on the driver's door jamb that has the tire size and inflation pressures.
