Usually if there is a hole in an exhaust component the component is replaced. you can check any online parts store for exhaust parts and find the part that you need.

Exhaust systems can be a real bear to work on. Rusted bolts and pipes can make the job really difficult. It may not be a bad idea to have a shop take a look and give you an estimate for repairs. Exhaust is pretty competitive so the prices may not be as bad as you may think.

SOURCE: my chrysler 300c will not shift from park

With out being able to see it sounds like you have a misadjusted or broken park lock cable. there is a cable that locks shifter in park unless Brake pedal is depressed. So if you are pressing the brake and can not shift into a gear. that would be the first place I would check

SOURCE: My gear shift on my 2007 Chrysler 300C is stuck in

Hi,DO NOT GET AND PAY FOR A TOW TRUCK Inside the shifter a locking arm has the tab broken off which holds the spring. Quick on the spot fix is to undo the two screws under the rubber cover above shifter follow the cable on the left hand side to the connector and apply pressure at the same time you shift. Long term fix no cost at all, remove shifter open and you will see the problem with the spring. The tab breaks of the side and all you need to do is PRE DRILL a hole in the top of the rocker for a self tapper screw to hold the spring, reassemble fixed

A diagnostic check on my 2007 chrysler 300c crd revealed that the manifold pressure sensor was possibly preventing the car from starting but i dont know where in the engine this sensor is located.

Could be just a bad connection. could be Intake manifold. You need a service manual
try this http://www.manualslib.com/
I'd also google your problem, Odds, are someone else has had this problem and has a fix for it. Be sure to use the error code. in your search.

Crysler 300c, i find the ride bumpy and hard ?

Struts...Shocks.....Hard hitting and wanders off on turns...push down hard on the corners hard. If it comes up sluggish or bounces....any shop should check for no charge.....get them fixed.... They\'ll loosen everything on your car and cause issues later....

Why is my 2007 300c burning oil

You do not say how much oil the car is burning. One quart every 1000 miles is ok. Cars with 75000 miles or higher are likely to burn more oil than cars with less mileage. Try using high mileage motor oil. If excessive smoke is coming out of your exhaust pipe, you are either leaking oil through the piston oil rings or valve seals. Then you will need an expensive repair.
