Question about 2003 Dodge Neon
My brake lights wont come off unless i disconnect the battery
Sounds like you have a bad brake pedal switch or it has come loose from the bracket.
It is located under the drivers side of the dash near the brake pedal lever. It will twist to disconnect it from the bracket. once removed fro the bracket it can be unplugged and replaced.
