Try tapping the bottom of the blower motor with the key on and the switch set to high. If the blower starts to work replace it.

The front heaters are not blowing out any air, but the back heaters blow out air, but it's not very warm, and my passenger side front tire makes a rubbing noise when I turn to the left.

you have to check to see if you have any power at the blower motor, if you do then the motor is no good, if you dont you could have a bad blower motor resister. If its not blowing that hot you might have to flush the cooling system.
The noise you hear when you turn is probably the right front hub bearing

Why is my heater not working in my ford focus. all fuses are fine?

If it doesn't blow at all, and/or you only feel a small amount of air coming through the vents (not forced), it may be the blower motor switch.

Sounds as though the fan motor could have failed (the noise), if you have fitted a new resistor pack and the fuse is OK, probe around with a multi-meter tracing the supply (12Volts to ground) through switch to the fan. The heater/aircon blower is fuse 64 - 30amp (if I dont mistake). If the motor itself is shorting out then this would blow this fuse. Try a 12v feed direct to the motor terminal and see if it works.

Hope this helps.

Fan blower motor only works on high position (either heat or ac) and the brearings squeel. Do in need to replave both the motor blower and resistor?

That's what it sounds like to me.

If the blower is making noise than the only thing you can do is replace it.

Blower resistors typically operate by dropping voltage through a set of resistors. The lower the speed the more resistance is needed. High speed requires no resistance and usually bypasses the resistor assembly.

Fan for heating system on passenger side is making noise

Hi, the noise you are hearing is most likely the blower motor. The noise is the bearings in the blower motor are bad and the shaft is wobbling in the housing and creating this noise. you can get a blower motor at any parts store along with a repair manual and do-it-yourself, advance auto parts has the blower motor for $67.99 part number 35364.and they have a repair manual to help guide you through the process.

A/c blower motor for 2003 corvette

Yea leafs and other debris can get in and cause the noise. Remove the blower, thoroughly clean the fins and reinstall. This should take care of the noise.

Problem with annoying clicking noise

I dont know if it works the same, but I drive a 2006 Mitsu Lancer Ralliart. When you push the recirc air button, a little motor closes a little gate that blocks outside air and pulls the air from the interior instead. The blower motor is located behind the glovebox. It is secured by a couple screws.
I guess its possible that a foreign object such as a leaf or something is touching the blower motor and causing the noise.

Blower Motor Slowing and making noises

Well if the motor is making noise the wheel could be broken or possibly gotten something in the cage where the wheel is. If the speeds of the motor dont work on any setting but high the resistor is out
