Backfiring/spitting through carburetor, no vacuum leaks found, thinking cause may be timing because it runs decent in first and second gear and starts having problems in third @ about 45 MPH

You did not post anything about the vehicle. Year make and model would be nice. With that in mind though, you could have a cam or valve issue as well as timing chain slop.

Why would a 91 Nissan run so weak?

if the car ran fine, before you removed the distributor from it and now it runs poorly, check timing with a light. sounds to me that its off.

My Liana got a problem of Back fire I changed ignition coil first then i Change their complete head but problem remain same?

Back fire back to where, the intake or exhaust.
intake backfire is a pop sound, not too loud, and is bad timing.
exh backfire means, fuel plus air is in the exh.
and explodes with a loud report , we call it muffler explosing to help
with clear meaning.... in this latter example
you have a bad running motor (rich as pig) a dead CAT and exhuast air leak
all at the same time.

Replace the distirbutor

Disconnect the battery. take cap off but leave wires intact. Check position of rotor for reinstalling. Loosten bolt under distributor and take out. Lift didtributor and turn rotor counterclockwise to remove dist. Make sure you put back in same identical spot.or vehicle will not run. Mark spot on motor where rotor is if you can't remember. You have to turn rotor counterclockwise to have dist. fall back into same spot. Will be tough to get out at first. Don't spray with penetrating oil. Just pull up and turn.

2001 ford taurus, 3.0 vulcan motor. just rebuilt the whole motor, backfires out of the intake, seems to be out of firing order. i triple checked my work and can't find the problem. whistling sound of...

Back firing out of the intake is because the valves/cams are not set right. When you did the timing belt . did you set the crankshaft mark at top dead center of the compression stroke. If it's at the exhaust stroke this would cause backfiring and violent shaking.

Backfires in manifold on motor on acceleration. runs ok low speeds

Spark plug wires. If you take it in a garage or wait till it's dark, and have somebody brake torque it while you watch, you'll see spark jumping. But don't get run over! Do it in reverse. Or just change the wires.
