SOURCE: how do i change bumper fog lights on my 03 mini

Turn the wheel so that the wheel well you're accessing is pointed in. Then carefully unscrew the clips that hold the front side of the inner fender liner on. You don't need to remove them all. Bend the liner back and you'll see the back of the bulb. (it may be wires that are visible, or it may have a cap depending on the model) All you need to do is twist the cap to get to the bulb, or twist the bulb and it will come out

SOURCE: '03 Mini Cooper Xenon Replacement

If it's oem xenon than it should be 2 lamps. Because they had only xenon on the low beam (d2r type), however begin with changing the high beam. That one is inexpensive, so you could check if there are no other problems (like wiring).
Just open your hood and it should be clear how to open the cover for your high beam.

For 2011 mini cooper hatchback I bought the racing spark plugs. What is the gap?

The ideal gap will probably not be the one quoted in the Mini data.
You should refer to the spark plug manufacturer's catalogue which will provide the information you need.

I have 98,000 miles on a 2001 Highlander and don't know when I last change the plugs. When should I change the spark plugs and what elso do I need to do to tune the engine. Thanks

Generally, spark plugs used in cars today are supposed to last up to 100k. Most experts recommend replacing the plugs and fuel filter every 35,000 to 50,000 miles. The timing belt and serpentine belt should have been replaced at 75,000 miles and the transmission fluid should have be serviced by now.

What would be the best spark plug to buy for an 05 Equinox with 60,000 miles on it and what would the gap be?

!st let me say your engine is not due a set of plugs until 100,000 miles, and to change them any sooner is a waste of money.

If you still wish to replace the plugs use ACDelco Spark Plugs, here is the part number and gap.

they come pre gapped with collars to prevent the electrodes from getting bent .platinum and iridium plugs will have the surface damaged if you were to adjust them with a feeler gauge, like old plugs had to be gapped. ac or ngk plugs come pre gapped in the box.
